Classical ballet provides the foundation for all other dance forms. This form of dance is performed to instrumental music using precise and highly formalized steps. Ballet will help students with better posture, strength, balance, musicality, grace and flexibility. We highly recommend for all students to take at least one hour of ballet a week.
Group classes are a great way to learn technique in specific dance styles within a social setting. We offer one hour group classes in a variety of styles, from ballet to hip-hop, and everything in between. Classes are divided into pre, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to accommodate all levels of experience.
